part # of an intake manifold?

Can anyone tell me what the part # is for the intake manifold on the loopers that had the diamond shaped front end where it bolted to the carbs. The casting numbers I believe were 341520 on the uppers and 339848 on the lowers and came on some 96+ 225hp 3 liters. Thanks for any help, i have been searching for it all day and it is beginning to get on my nerves a bit.

Don't remember what motor it was and did a part search with no results, maybe one of the Guys remember.
