    I'm going fishing

Bailing out of work tomorrow and going fishing at Lanier. Leave out of Sardis at about 7AM. Anybody know where any fish are? I need all the help I can get.

If you want to meet up, let me know.

Neil....turn left up the river before you go under the bridge.....when you get to the junction of the Chattahoochee and Little Rivers, you'll see a reef marker in the middle of the lake.....fish that with a c-rig,spinnerbait,or crankbait.....then on the left point of Little River comes a good point.....fish the same stuff there.....If you go up the river farther, you'll go around a bend to the right....stop there, and fish that rock wall....you'll see apartments up on the hill overlooking the water....use a jig, jighead and worm,or a texas rig.

Good luck....Wish I could join you

Todd I never can catch any big fish on that hole, but I know others who swear they do. I will have to fish it with you one of these days and let you show me what I am doing wrong.

Neil, before you leave Sardis, stop at the point coming back out on the left with the marker on it. It is sitting on a distinct point with a rocky shoreline all the way from the point out to the main lake (left side)

Fish that area with a topwater of some sort. I prefer a Sammy or Spook, but have caught them on chugers as well.

You should be able to catch quite a few in there before the sun gets up over the trees.

Cast all the way to the shoreline and work it back. Lots of stumps and logs laying in those rocks. Oh yeah, and a few 2-4 lb spots too
