225 HO Etec at last

I´ve finally received the baby, installed last week and went to the lake on sunday.
Boat - Stratos 186 ( we have not HP limitation here in Brazil), 8´Hyd jackplate,
30 pitch 4 blade prepared by Darin from Houston Prop, two on board with 3/4
tank and fishing stuff. Hole shot good ( lake is 2400 ft ab sea level), 5600 rpm, 79
mph(gps) before chine walk requires some atention. I think can get more at
sea level and raisin engine. H2O pressure up to 16 psi. Nothing to compare with
my 225 HO DI ( torque, hole shot and smothness). What a engine !

wow !!! Thats smokin on that boat!! Boy would that get the attention here. Congrats and PLEASE drive safely. That rocket you're riding could be dangerous.

We don't have laws against it in Texas & it is very common to see overpowered boats perfectly legal on our water.
