The next monthly NoAl Tournament will be on Little Bear Creek out of Elliott Branch on September 17th. Registration will begin at 5:00 am with "ease off" at first light right around 6:00. Weigh in will be at 3:00 pm.
Don't forget that everyone will need a BCDA permit as well as a valid fishing license.

I will be at the Bear Creek rec area (team building camp thingy...lol) with the Youth Leadership Shoals Group. Somebody come by and pick me up in a boat....
I did the Leadership Shoals course through the Chamber of Commerce last year and they asked me to help out with the Youth group this year. It sure is some pretty land down there. Never have gotten to fish it though.

Unless the water has dirtied up some gonna be hard to catch a fish. Went down there twice since the picnic tournament and the water was so clear you could see rocks 20 foot deep. Guy at what used to be Green's Station said it had been taking close to 30 lbs to win a tournament down there and I told him he was crazy, that there wasn't 30 lbs of bass in that lake.......

on three of the monday night three hour tournys it did take almost 30 to win. but thats rare and yes it very hard to catch fish there
Tommy and Terry will be there. If Josh can fish we may split our boats and bring a ringer, i mean a guest.

Went there for summer camp 2 years in a row many moons ago. Arts and Drama camp. Pretty cool place. If im not mistaken that's on Lower Bear I think. Big horned whitetails roam that area down there too...

Yeah, I went last year with the Leadership Shoals group. Really enjoyed it and did see a nice deer across the slough.

With everything that's gone on recently - http://www.bbcboards.net/zerothread?id=723632 - I'm pooped and think I'll just recuperate this weekend with some football and racing. Not going to make the Meet & Greet next month either - I have a previous commitment that weekend. Maybe Wyeth Drive in November, Lord willing!
