Need compression numbers for 1998 FICHT

I must have asked in the wrong section.
    1998 Evinrude FICHT 150
Can someone give me an idea what compression range I am looking for on this engine, as I have no idea. Also, by what percent or variance from lowest to highest would still indicate everything is good versus not? Any cylinders that are generally higher or lower?
It has not been run since last fall and is in cold storage, is it o.k. to just warm up the engine in a heated garage (I assume it is not good to do this in freezing temperature where it sits) and do the test from there, or should it be ran for a while? It was fogged last fall, but not decarbed since the fall before.

All gauges vary but I guess around 100-110 would be close no more than a 15% overall variance tops will be higher than the bottom 2 cylinders.
