    Plugs

    New to the site, running a ZX200 2007 with 200 Yahama. Can some on give me some basic info on changing the plugs. Thanks

    Unscrew the old, gap the new, and screw in the new. Don't overtighten, once they are hand tight, then go another quarter turn to seat the crush washer. When you put the plug wires back on make sure you feel them snap into place on the plug.

    mine are tightened to 18ft/pounds
