I took another tour of the Phoenix Factory today. I have to share this one with all. Have to say first an for most the guys there are great. Could not meet a better group of people an just up front no BS down home folks. Spent time talking with Mark, Jeff, Greg, Gary, some of the guys in the plant along with our own BBC brother Chuck (lknbassman). Let me tell you it was the most educating trip for me. After having my boat for a while an played with every little gadget an fondled every inch of my boat. I had more questions an wanted to know more detail things about these boats. We talked about every detail in DEPTH from the stringers, transom, foam injected into areas, molding there own storage boxes, to why they use certain materials in certain areas. What’s new an what’s old. Problems they may have to what’s being done to fix it. You name it they are aware of it. If not… They are willing to listen to every one who has a concern or idea. No matter how small you think it is. I have toured Stratos boat factory before and I can say.(JMO) Comparing the two? There is none! Less people= less over head= better attention to detail an people actually working and caring what they do. They remember me by name and my boat. I was not treated like a $$$$$. You wont find that at many places. If you have never been….I encourage ANY ONE and EVERY ONE looking for a boat or not….even if you have a boat, of any kind to stop by take a tour just see what’s going on. You just might be surprised on what you see or learn. I thank Jr at sportsman center for wanting to take the time to even talk to me when other dealers thought I was BS'n. I am even more happy about my purchase than before. Proud to own a Phoenix. Thanks guys!!!![]()
