got to run her yesterday

Finally took the maiden voyage yesterday and couldn't have asked for better. Started up and ran great, ate the chop like it wasn't even there. First thought was "wow this sits low" and then "damn that deck is long!"

Need to make some changes, motor is pushing near 20 psi so the motor can come up quite a bit and the 24p trophy is turning over 6k. So I'm going to move the motor to the last mounting hole and then move the plate up from there. Try it with the 24 trophy first, maybe move to the 26p depending.

All in all it was a fantastic day.

Try a 25 Trophy before a 26, they run awesome.

I've been thinking all along that I'm going to need a 25 trophy, unfortunately when I bought the boat I got a 24 and 26. So I'll play with these two props for a bit, and then buy a 25 if needed. Or maybe get the 26 worked on. Who knows, but I'm sure I'll have a blast messing around with it!!
