I finally got a chance to get my boat out today. Bought it in winter with fresh overhaul on 2000 RAM Ficht 150. Kept it tucked under and ran it no lower than 3000 and no higher than 4000. Drove it for 10 minutes, idled it down to put on a jacket and the check engine light and buzzer started going off as soon as I came to neutral. Not th hot alarm, not the low/no oil alarm. I happened to be near the boat ramps so dropped the trolling motor and trolled back to the ramp. Fired it up for only 10 seconds to load it on the trailer. No light or warning when I did it. I can't get in touch with the dealer that did the overhaul until Tuesday, as they are closed Monday. They are also five hours away. Any thoughts, or do I have to take it to someone to pull the code? I thought maybe it could have been a little hot as I just started break-in, but really clueless.
