    Another carpet question!...

    What would it cost (ballpark),to have a professional recarpet my 198? ,and can the black plastic trim be reused?......

    Not sure myself, but you go to the restoration board and probably get the information you need.

    Not sure about the trim, but around here that boat would run you $800-$1000 to recarpet professionally.

    Aint no way I would ever pay someone to re-carpet. Do it yourself and save the money. I did my old boat and it was my first attempt @ carpet: It turned out factory perfect. Took 1 week.
