motor sounds like it's flooding out

My 150hp MARINER sounds like it is flooding out.It will idle fine as soon as i try to throttle up it sound like it's flooding or not getting any fuel, If I put it in neutral I can rev it up just won't run under load. can the pick up tube be clooged in the tank? I changed the plugs and it didn't help I thought they were bad went out today it ran the same.has any one had this problem before. ANY INPUT will help can the carbs be plugged,it starts up easy?

you mean your anti siphone valve ? I would check that, check your fuel line (bulb) to, make sure your bulb is level or up a bit, have you had any carb work done recently ?
