    My new to me Champ!!

    Well here she is
1995 202 200EFI Mariner with very little use. I could only find one little scratch on the boat the hambys does not even have a mark on it!
I got her a few weeks back have been waiting to take my own pictures but this snow will not go away so I thought I would share a few pictures the previous owner sent me.
I need to order new numbers for the side and was wondering what font to get?
Anyone have any suggestions on something that will look good or what the champion font is?
    Thanks

    Nice rig Todd

Not sure on what font it is, Iquana graphics on the boards do some great work. Or go to a local sign shop that does vinyl, and they will have a bunch of choices.

Only suggestion I would have, and it is just my preference, put the new numbers up on the gunnel, ahead of the cleat. I moved mine because I didn't like them interferring with the look on the side of my champ.

Here is a pic to show what I mean...Not the most exciting font...

Enjoy and welcome to the family!

He will take care of you. If you don't have them in time, electrical tape works in a pinch till you get the real ones. It even comes in a lot of colors

Most states the law says 3" high and a "contrasting" color.

Looks great. I had a 96 202 and loved it.

On both of my Champs, I attached the numbers under the trophy stripe. They are harder to see but looks better. I've been checked by the marine patrol plenty of times and they never said anything about it.

When you say under the stripe are you talking about closer to the front of the boat under the stripe?

Re: My new to me Champ!! (TOddLahey)

Thanks for all the compliaments. I have been looking for a while and am real excited to have this one at home in the garage!!!
I have had it since the first of the month but it keeps snowing here and the lakes are frozen and the river is a mess. It is usually in the 50's here this time of year and you can get it from time to time.
Like I said above leaving to go go to Guntersville for a few days next week so I will get to run it a bit!
