1981 Champion I/O with TURBO?????

Hello Champ loyalists, I was browsing Ebay today and I saw this 1981 20foot Champ that is a I/O 4cyl with a turbo?? What the heck is that, is it a built motor after the fact, or factory installed...item#180291032112, check it out folks and I find these 1 off boats some what intriguing just because they do not attempt to be this trying with different layouts/powerplants.....M.D.Bean

I know!!! I was just teasing as well!! That engine actually looks like a Volvo engine--cant see the outdrive though!
