Water drips on my leg right by my hotfoot under my console on my 183cx. Only when I'm running wide open, does anyone know what it could be? Possibly my hydrolic steering?

My 183 does the same thing. Weird
The SpeedO hose is not long enough and gets cut by the fitting behind the SpeedO the water will shot out on your leg. You need to lengthen the hose 5 minute job. Enrico

Mine was cut by the nipple on the back of the SpeedO due to water hose not long enough no big deal. This boat has been flawless. 2004 188 you can not count little things like this. ChampioN builds a trouble free boat for a mass production unit. Hat's off to ChampioN !!! Enrico
Had the exact thing happening to me and I couldnt figure it out. One night I was fishing a jackpot and we were launching and the hose came undone from the speedo and I got SOAKED. made for a funny story anyways. had my partner stick a bobber in the hose as a temp fix.. little did i know he grabbed a slip cork and got we again on the next run.
