Why is it, that Champion changes their models EVERY year!....

Seems just about every year, Champion changes their existing models from a CX to an Elite or from an Elite to a CX, OR, they're ALWAYS changing up the model numbers!!! (183, 187, 188) (190, 196,198,200)

what the heks up with that!?

Not dishing Champion in the least, I'm actually looking to buy one.

Not really they don't, although it might seem that way sometimes.... If a new model ( new top cap, new features, etc,) is developed they will move a predecessor to the CX series....Most models remain as long as they are popular. Of course the model numbers will change as new features are developed, so folks can decide which features they want and know the model which corresponds. Some brands keep a model number, but change the features...

I have almost all brochures from 85 to 08. Let me know if there is a particular model you are interested in... Can't wait till you join the family!!!!

So the 183 was not a CX and now offered as an Elite?

    Just picking at ya Lea.

Jeff IMHO they have so many good boats this year is cause somebody in the Boro realized they forked up and actually brought back some of the better selling boats IE 198, 206, 188, 203 as either CX's or SE's. Just one "traders" opinion though.

Only those who can figure out the mathmatical problem, end up owning a ChampioN.
And as a "teaser", they change the boats beam in different years also.

I remember playing that exact game, (ping!) looked exactly like that, with the 2 lb controllers!

Back in the early 70's, with a buddy of mine!

Man! was it high tech at the time!

Actually, yes, I am on dial-up. It is not the best, but better than nothing. We do not have cable or dsl out here in the county...and, since I rarely even get cell signal, wireless is not an option, either...

Thanks, Jon. Good to have support here...

Catfish....I will see what I can do as far as copying the 201 page for you. They might let me make a copy at work...
