I would say yes. I sold my 1986 1640 V Procraft 4 years ago for $3,500..it only had a 90 evinrude on it too.....

I'm no Expert, but I'd have to say $ 2500.00 would be a better price on a 19 + year old boat, and if you needed parts they maybe hard to find.
