You must have the worst job in the world if Kidney stones are a better option than having to go to work..LOL..

I try to down 2 liters of water a day and limit myself to one coke a day. Dont want to have these ever :(

I bypassed mine about a month ago. It was 4-5mm and had jagged edges.

Boy did it hurt. All I can say is drink lots of water and avoid caffine products for a while. Good Luck!!!
