    Coleman Products

Not very often do I have problems with stuff I buy and I try to do as much research as possible. That said, I bought a 12x12 canopy to display our baits as shows and what not. Well this past weekend I took it out to use for the first time and by the time I got it all set up, the wind literally buckled, twisted, and broke almost every connection in the frame. I called Coleman, and even though I bought it several months ago, without question they sent out a replacement. There was no battle, no hesitation, no nothing. Just plain GREAT customer service! Some may say "They should!" but that's not the point. The point is they did, and that's to be commended! Way to go Coleman!

Thank's John! It really means a lot to know that they sent a replacement. I ordered the 12'x12' so that you and Bruce would have plenty of room to make and share memories at the Big O Rally! With your busted knee, and ogre size, I figure it will suit you well. We can only hope it arrives in time!

I hope it comes with zipper sides so no-one can see the bro-mance that goes on inside.

I always liked Gary. Good to hear they still take care of the customers even after his death.
