    Fitness experts

It seems to me the experts used to say you need to do at least 20 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week in order to improve your stamina. But if you Google it now, you get lots of different answers. Some say 30 minutes/3 days a week, others say 20 minutes/5 days, 30 minutes/5-6 days, first 20 minutes only burns glucose, etc. And they all claim to be quoting some authoritative study of some type.

Any opinions or does anyone have a good reliable source for info on this?
Some people are so judgemental. You can tell just by looking at 'em.--Some random meme

Everyones body is different, so everyone will react differently to excercise, so do best for your body. May have to try a few different things to figure it out correctly. Thats my opinion, but then again Im outta shape.

    Re: Fitness experts (C R)

Does walking 500-600 yds, then down 7 flights of stairs, duck walk for 30-40 ft under the hull, then up 3-6 flights of stairs, then maneuvering around an adult sized jungle gym (that's the best way to describe an aircraft carrier during construction) while dodging things hanging down in front of you for a few hrs, then back down 3-6 flights of stairs, then duck walk again for 30-40 ft, then back up 7 flights of stairs, then walk another 500-600 yds back to your office.

Do that, oh, anywhere from 5-15 times a day.....does that count as cardio ?????
