I just checked mine and there is a little sediment in the bottom. I assume I just bought some crappy gas?
I'm working through a rpm loss at wot that I assume is the o2 sensor, but I noticed this when I popped the hood.

Are you running a 10 micron before that filter between the tank and engine? If not, you may want to consider one. The 10 micron will trap any sediment you can basically see and keep the clear bowl very clean. With a 10 micron I can find no sediment or anything I can see in the pleated bowl filter.
Basically what it means if you can see sediment trapped in that filter is that (IMO) you need a filter down stream.

I would say that the sediment is your fuel lines breaking down from the ethenol.
+2 on the 10 micron filter

Good call with the Ethanol and it coincides with loss of RPM.![]()

Fuel lines and bulb aren't even 3 months old, so I doubt it's that.
I haven't installed a 10 micron filter, but I plan on doing it soon.
