Hey guys, noticed today that all 3 blades on my 25T1 are cracked. They all start at the leading edge, and go about 1/3 of the way across the blade. None of the blades look bent. My prop is almost 5 years, and has scraped/bumped its share of stuff, but is still under warranty through Y.E.S. for another couple of weeks. Is this a valid warranty claim, or do I just need to cough up the $250-$300 to get it repaired/worked?

if it has cracks on the blade, or even worse..blades, I'd have it looked at for sure, you don't want to sling a blade. It could damage the motor, boat, yourself, or someone else.
Are you running the motor high on the jackplate or surfacing the prop?
I'm not running it too high, don't remember what height, but I can turn it 6000rpm's when trimmed out, no more, running 12-16psi. I am going to try to get it replaced under warranty, if not, sending it to Mark.
