1995 Yamaha Pro-V 150 Problem

Got a 1995 Yamaha Pro-V 150 with a ton of hours on it. Problem is, it starts, idles good, has great compression, good electrical, but it spits gas/oil out of the lower carb and doesn't have much power. It has new fuel pumps, rebuilt the carbs and checked the reed valves for failure. Any ideas? Thanks.

reeds esp if there boysen i had installed them in my pro v lasted a few month went with hydrotec reeds what a differece !!!!
