Ficht Exhaust Temps

I asked this on the props board and I got nothing so I'm hoping one of you guys either knows or have experienced this. Are the fichts exhaust temps to hot to run the flo torq II hub?? Would like to try my TRO4, and seems like I remember that someone drilled holes in the prop to cure melting the hub. 225 HO Evinrude

I'm gonna defer to the gurus since I haven't run that prop, but no problems on my 03 DI with the Raker or the Gade!

I know they run hotter than an efi, but I was wondering if the flo torq II hub will survive the hotter exhaust DFI's. The little plastic hub doesnt like excessive heat as it tends to melt. I had problems when my yamaha efi was overheating from lack of water and I melted a couple of the plastic inserts.

I wouldn't drill holes in my prop. Mazco suggested I put a v-8 torq tab on my HO (I'd, and haven't burnt anything since), but there is a mod where you increase the size of a watter passage in the lower unit that was suggested by Evinrude if I remember correctly.
