    Mercury lower unit oil for 1990 150 blackmax.

    Does anybody know how many oz of lower unit oil does a 1990 xr4 black max require?

    This will vary, depending on which gearcase you have- and how well you drained it.

    Purchase 1 quart of Mercury or Quicksilver HIGH PERFORMANCE- you will have MORE than enough.
