The man I bought the boat from bought the boat when it was new from Davey Hite. I assume that is why it has a tandem trailer.

What did you use for bottom section hull? Paint or gel?

paint. blue water mega gloss. I am going to camo nose and rest of boat then spray with blue water clear urathane. I know it won't hold up like gel, but with it being camo I can touch it up or fix with out too much problem.

I have been able to get some more done since Deer season went out and weather warmed up. Finally got nose camo'ed like I wanted and all of bottom cleared with one coat of clear. Once I get sides camo'ed , I will clear sides and put another coat of clear on bottom. Then I can sit back on trailer to work on floor before doing back and topside.

    Slow Going.
