hey guys ive got a 225 opti with a bad ecm and i just happen to have an 01 computer from a 225 opti. Is there any chance this might work or couldent i be so lucky????

You will probably need to have your serial # for Don to give correct answer or serial number & the numbers off the PCM.

A 2001 PCM CANNOT be utilized on a 2000 model Optimax. COMPLETELY different ECM's.
You can, however, send YOUR ECM to Eric Simon, for repair.
