New Fury Prop and hub question??

Just got in a Fury Prop that shipped with a Flo-Torq hub. I will be running it on a Mercury Pro-XS 250 hp. When I ordered the prop from Jaco's, the person there said I shouldn't use the new hub--just use what is currently on my motor.

I am assuming this is right because the hub kit won't fit on my drive shaft. Now my question becomes "What is the proper order of the washers to put everything back together?"

One washers says "This side out." When I pulled my Trophy the order was Belleville washer, then a smaller washer, then a big thicker washer, and then another smaller washer. Finally, the nut.

Just checked my engine manual--it said big washer first, then Belleville washer, then small washer, then nut. That is how I put it back together. I had one washer left over.

    Does this sound right?

The washer mating surface on the Trophy and the Fury is different so I just want to be sure.

    This would be correct.

    Thick washer
Bellville washer (has a slight "dome" to it... it's actually the smallest washer)
    Remaining washer and nut.

You shouldn't have had a "spare" unless someone added "one too many".
