Just got my spark plugs in for the opti 200 they are IZFR5G. On my paper work is says do not gap iridium plugs you will snap the center electrode. What is the safest way to get the correct gap, I believe it is 32.
Thanks

The IZFR5G plugs are FACTORY GAPPED for .032" gap.
IF you need to adjust the gap on an iridium plug... DO NOT FORCE ANYTHING between the electrode and the arm.
You will need some device capable of grasping the arm AWAY from the electrode to manipulate the gap (such as a high-quality plug-gap tool).
Recommend gap be checked and set to a "loose .029-.030" (so as to achieve an actual .032" gap without "forcing" anything into the gap. Traditional FEELER GAUGE is acceptable to use for checking (as long as you don't HANG the feeler tight in the gap).
