The lake is in great shape and got good color to it. The water has cooled since early in the week today was about 53 deg. Fish have been on wood on the inside of cuts. I've been catching them on spinnerbaits and cranbaits. Hope this might help you out a little and beware them toothy critters are in the same places.

Had 2 fish in 5hrs yesterday and missed 2. One 3lb largemouth on a spinnerbait in 6-8 ft, in a cut that had water running into it and a smallmouth on a crawdad color crankbait in 6ft of water on a shallow sand/mud point. I would wait since the temp is coming down on Sunday. Spoke with some others and they had 5 on the same crankbait in 6ft.
