what should i use to refill the hubs on an oil hub trailer its for a 07 stratos thanks

You'll probably find the manufacturer's recommendation on the correct oil on a sticker somewhere inside the frame towards the front of the trailer. I have an 06 EZ Loader trailer, and it calls for 50w MOTOR OIL. They are all different! Some call for 90w gear oil...
