Stratos bearing sizes

Hello. My brother has a '96 Stratos 201 Pro XL with a single-axle trailer. We are sure that Stratos did not make the trailer but we do not know who did. Perhaps EZ Loader. No stickers or markings. I want to get a spare hub for it but I do not know the bearing sizes, and I would rather not take it apart just to measure. We do not know if the spindle is straight or tapered.

If the spindle is straight ... probably 1 1/16" inside and outside

If the spindle is tapered ... probably 1 3/8" inside and 1 1/16" outside.

Does anyone know for sure?

Are there any markings on the hub?....

A friend of mine had a 1997 stratos and had bearing trouble. He looked all over for the correct parts w/o luck. After calling stratos, He found out that startos used 3 different axles/ brands/ sizes for the same trailer (cheapest bidder gets the job). His were made in china if i remember correct. He did find a place that carried the weird size eventually. Every part place said "Bring them in and we'll match them up no problem, We have what you need" None of them did and he was on a wild goose chase.

Just make sure you get a double or tripple lip seal kit...

Sorry for the delay in responding. Thanks for the replies. My brother decided he will repack the bearings over the holidays. Then, he will know the correct sizes.
