Help on Powerhead swap

I have a 1985? 60hp CE60ELCOS motor, that needs a powerhead.
I have a line on a 70EL77S that's in great shape. Will the older powerhead bolt up to the newer leg? Is there any minor/major modifications to make this possible?
(I get the whole other motor, but I don't think it has pwr. trim/tilt)

Go to http://www.shop.evinrude.com and compare the parts on the mid-section and the power head. There are probably some wiring differences too.
