Help on cleaning boat

I am new to bass boats and just got a boat the boat however needs a good cleaning. it has some bad water lines i needed some pointers on how to get them off they are in there very well. ive used things like boat cleaner, 409 and things like that didnt know if anybody might know of anything that takes that off better. also just any pointers of how to clean it because i cant really get chemicals on it while in the water but the trailer is in the way out of the water.

Wash then apply bass boat saver. And take ten minutes after every fishing adventure and wipe down with bass boat saver. You're boat will look like brand new all the time!!!!!!
