Periodically losing fire on two cylinders.

    1999 Johnson J115PLEEM Eagle 60degree.

My Johnson 115 has started acting up. Upon starting up in the morning it would kill when put into gear. I checked the plugs in neutral and found no fire on the bottom two cylinders. After trolling around fishing for a minute, I restarted it with no problem and ran down the lake for two miles until it lost fire again on the same two cylinders. Any ideas. The stator, powerpack, and coils are just over 1 year old.

Any ideas where to start? I have the factory service manual.

Swap the coil packs that would be the easiest place to start.
