2009 ETEC 250 HO with 2010 powerhead. What is the max temp you should see with this engine?

You have I-command? What are you seeing. Pretty sure the T-stat is around 143* or there abouts.

Don't have I Command. I have the Actia gauges that come on Stratos boats. I went out Friday prefishing and just happened to notice my temp would go up to 195 -200 while idling around doing some SI. When I got up on plane it went back down to around 135-140. Guess I'll call my tech tomorrow and see what he says.

Talked to the dealer and they said it was getting to hot, so Monday bright and early I'll be headed for Martinsville.

Took the boat in Monday, computer showed that the temp had been to 212 once and 193 once with no codes. Installed a new pump and ran it in the shop. Temp never went over 163. They were going just change out the LU with the new model but they didn't have the correct color.
