For fish fillets:

2 eggs
1-2 cups whole milk
salt and pepper
Italian Bread Crumbs
Canola Oil
Fresh Lemon
Tartar Sauce

Mix the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk together in a bowl that the fillets will fit in. Put the bread crumbs in another bowl. Dip the fillets in the egg/milk mixture until good and coated. Meanwhile, get the Canola Oil in the skillet about 1/4 inch deep and hot. roll the fillets around in the bread crumbs until they are fully covered.
Put them in the skillet until they are white all the way through! Be sure to flip them periodically so as not to burn the bread crumbs!

Be careful putting them in the grease!

Use lemon and tartar sauce to put on cooked fillets!
