stalls went put in gear

I been having problems with motor stalling when put in gear since this spring. I have done the following:

Changed spark plugs
Used engine tune for decarb
Changed primer bulb
Sea Foam

I have tried to choke the engine when this happens but it kills the motor. I have tried to pump the bulb but this does not work either. Seems the engine only does it when it is hot. Runs great from the boat ramp to 1st fishing hole.

I have not had the compression checked. One of my concerns is earlier this year on a cold 20 degree march morning my engine did shut down and alarm went off due to it not getting oil. When I changed sparkplugs, all were gapped appropriately except one which was .065. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Anyone??? I'm curious as well, I'm now having the same issues with my 1998 Johnson Venom 225. Sorry, the boat is at the lake and I'm at home...I don't have the motor numbers with me.
