If the wood has de-laminated you need to drill holes in the soft areas of the deck and pump resin into the holes until it comes out all of them.
When you drill the holes you will verify if it is rot or delamination.
West Marine has the Epoxy and the pumps (empty caulk containers)
I repaired my 363 this way after consulting Ranger and it has worked great. The only problem is the carpet will have to be replaced.
