    Silver Flake turned green!

Bought a 93 Skeeter that has the prettiest blue and silver metal flake that I have seen. Unfortunatly the silver is only silver under the hatches! The rest of the silver has turned green. I wet sanded and buffed a small section but the silver still looks green. The gel coat is in great condition with the exception of the color change. Is it possible the the silver flake tarnished under the gel coat? I guess if I cant get the silver to come back I will just change that good looking blue to some shade of green Any advice would be appreciated!

Re: Silver Flake turned green! (Extra260)

Spent the day buffing and the silver is still green. I wet sanded a small area with no change in the color. If I decide to give up and paint the blue flake to go with my green flake, what should I use?

    Thanks
