I was a little out of my element because I usually fish early morning....but loaded in at about 6:45 PM. The water surface temperature was 92 degreesVery little boat traffic. Fished until 10:15 PM and got nothing but a few bites on a worm in the weed beds. Tried top water and crankbaits and got nothing. The group fishing from the boat ramp and courtesy dock were catching a few nice catfish. We were the last rig to leave the lot so I didn't get to talk to any of the other fishermen to see how they did. Some days Konawa can be very hard to fish.
Didn't fish the rip rap at the dam at dark as I usually do. Might have been something there. Didn't throw a Fluke at all which may have been a mistake.
