I was talking with a buddy today and he informed me that the 2009 Etecs HOs have a bulletin to redo some lower unit work. This is surpose to fix the high temps when Idling. Can some one give me some more information on this?
I was talking with a buddy today and he informed me that the 2009 Etecs HOs have a bulletin to redo some lower unit work. This is surpose to fix the high temps when Idling. Can some one give me some more information on this?
See your dealer as there may be an upgrade for certain serial number motors for performance problems, not overheating. There is also a software upgrade only for certain motors which change the overheat warning threshold.
Remember that these changes are ONLY for a small range of serial numbers, so you have to see your dealer.
