Looking for ideas in the orlando area.

My family and another are gonna be in the orlando area the week after the forth and myself and my buddy are thinking of doing some type of flats fishing, or out to sea trip. Not realy sure. I have always wanted to fish for redfish and I think that would be a blast. Looking for ideas, guides, best places etc, etc. Thanks in advance. Mark
