Flex coat not setting up on guides?

Ok I messed up my mix and it is not setting up. What would be a good way to remove it?

cut the thread and peel it off. then use a plastic spoon and a heat gun to scrape the rest.

Got it fixed. I heated up the old epoxy than wiped it off the eyelets than cleaned them with mineral spirits.

I put on a new coat and all is good
