Here's a very good write-up on how to make your own. I made one using a Plano box first,but this didn't fit upright in my lockers. So, I then 'graduated' to the cooler size which isn't as tall and it fits perfect!

If you have the tools (drill bit, hacksaw) you can make 2 for the cost of the store bought boxes. Its definitely an easy project to do yourself, IMO.
