Yea right, gonna put my binoculars in the boat to keep an eye on you.
Not to sound off the subject with my answer Levi. If you are referring to the rivers? It's more spot fishing than pattern fishing. The guys that can catch a good bag the majority of the time on rivers have many brushpiles for all seasons . Some guys do well in certain times of the year like the spawn or what have ya. The river fish do the same things every year and are predictable. If you have 5-7 good brushpiles you will always have a limit. Now the
Potomac is a whole different animal![]()
The most consistant pattern I have found...HONESTLY....switch baits after you catch a fish and so on and so on...it has been working for us!
When I show up and wack on another bait like Sunday![]()

I've only been able to identify, beyond a shadow of a doubt, one pattern when tourney fishing on the local rivers. It seems to be a very popular pattern....
Basically, you see someone working a bank and catching a fish, then you pull your boat about 75 yards in front of them.....![]()
