A few questions on fishing in OK

1. My club is wanting to have a tx on Grand in June. I have heard that OK has a period of no tx's, if this is true could someone tell me the months?

2. What is the name of the lake by Lane?

I have never heard of a period of time when tx are prohibited. The lakes generally are handled on a lake by lake basis. Technically, you are required to clear tx with the lake ranger monitoring the lake you want to fish. Of course, there a lot of outlaw tx out there every weekend.

It is hard to get a permit on Grand for the months of July and August, they will issue them depending on the tourney size. They will prolly make you have a 3 fish limit and they do have rules for fish care for tournaments in those months.
