The powerhead was replaced a couple months ago - not a dressed powerhead from BRP since they were out of stock. Since the repowering, the engine has a "miss" like running on 5 cylinders rather than 6 (plug, injector??) when idling at about 800 - 1200 RPMs. Miss was worse during the breakin period, but still happening now. Dealer will hookup to computer again, but doesn't expect to find errors. Dealer is saying that there is an EMM issue that has not been worked out yet by BRP. Anyone else having the same issue and hearing the same?

On a 2006, there would be no EMM issues. It probably needs to be looked at closely. Drop the cylinders at all rpms, not just at idle. The laptop is a useful tool, but it is NOT the ONLY tool to use on the engine.Could be a simple loose wire!
