Are you ONLY looking for Ticonderoga tournies? I see a lot of stuff going out of Plattsburg, South Hero, etc.
Not that it's really my business, but why do you ask?
Havent fished the northern end so im looking for tourneys out of southern section. also traveling from maine so Im hoping to fish ones with good turnout and payout to make trip worth it.

I'd get some time in north of Ticonderoga. There are some big tournaments that go out of the Plattsburg area. The inland sea is an excellent area for deep water smallies and the northern section (Alburg) has some EXCELLENT largemouth water.

"The tournament will be August 28th out of Ticonderoga on Lake Champlain. No guides or pro's allowed. Two person tournament. One person in the boat must be the registered owner of the boat. 5 fish limit. 7:00 am to 3:00...$150 per boat. 150 boat limit. Paying down 25-40 places. 100% payback. Earl Bentz will be on hand. Mark Zona will be covering the event for his fishing show. Boats and vendors on hand as well. Host hotel is the Best Western. Word to the wise..... Stayed at the super 8 by wally world in sept. My buddy brought home bed bugs........ cost him close to 1k to get rid of them in his house.....
he made the mistake of bringing his own pillow and blanket.... the rode home with him.
