Have a 96 Johnson 115 I was checking the timing roller the other day and noticed that my drivers side two cylinders were much warmer than the other two. I've ran the boat countless times this summer and its never overheated that I know of ( no alarms or strange behavior) I can hold my hand on the hot side for maybe 3 seconds tops, and the other side for much longer. is this normal?

I think one side does run a little hotter than the other but, I am not sure which is the hottest. Buy, borrow or somehow obtain a infrared heat gun or melt stick and check the actual temperature.
