Jigs, jigs and probably an few more jigs...float anf fly would probably work too as well as slow rolling a sinner bait. Find rock and the smallies should be there. The eastern tip of 7 mile island is a good place to start as well as belo the dam but be r=very careful if heading up that way!! Vey Big Boulders!
